*Clelia II, under a
long-term charter from Travel Dynamics, will be renamed Orion II for Orion
Expedition Cruises based in Australia for deployment in Southeast Asia.
*Adonia, formerly sailed for Princess Line as Royal Princess before being transferred to
P&O Cruises. The ship, which makes her appearance in May, also sailed as Minerva
II and was originally built as the R8 for now defunct Renaissance Cruises in
2001.

Note: American Cruise Lines is building a new sternwheeler at Chesapeake
Shipbuilding in Salisbury, Maryland for August delivery in 2012. She will carry
140 passengers on Mississippi River cruises.
NOTE: Libya's state-owned GNMTC (General National Maritime Transportation
Company) has a signed contract for a 139,400-ton ship to be built at the STYX
France shipyard. The ship is expected to debut in late 2012 and will carry
around 3,500 passengers.
